Black Girls Leadership Academy is a national 501c3 non-profit organization that works to serve young Black girls and women through leadership development, intergenerational mentorship, cultural education, and access.

To be considered, fill out the mentor or mentee form located on our website to start the process. You will also find the requirements needed to apply for the BGLAs Mentorship program.

Our Mentorship program is a 6-month commitment.

We thank you for submitting your interest as a mentor/ mentee. We will follow up with you in the next 5 - 7 business days. If you did not receive a follow up please email admin@blackgirlslead.org.

Absolutely, if you are unable to commit as a mentor or mentee, you have the option to apply to be a volunteer intern, community helper, guest speaker, or donate to our organization.
